I'm LeAnn Lazar and this is my story
We all experience life-changing situations …..mine was the devastation of a 13 -year marriage ending in divorce. Through this life-altering period, I came to discover that the challenge wasn’t simply in my marriage but within myself. I did not have the tools to communicate effectively in my career or in my marriage.Â
I was using the habits of communication I learned early in life and those patterns were no longer serving me.
I was growing and needed support but the value placed on the importance of that was not equal in my marriage. We were in different places and the common ground was severely unbalanced. My ability to continue to give from an empty place no longer served my well-being or my marriage. By making bold decisions to "go through the fire" (get divorced) I invested in myself through personal growth mentors, a kick-ass life coach, and learned how to manage my mind and uplevel my communication patterns. I can now say that my divorce was the biggest catalyst for who I am today. I am grateful for my two amazing boys and a healthy co-parenting dynamic.
Now, I share my process with other women and men going through similar life transitions.Â
I created the “Realigning with Purpose®” process focused on 3 key pillars.
These 3 pillars help people connect to themselves, gain an understanding of what truly matters to them, and how to communicate with others to enhance their lives. Â
Clarity
Before moving forward, or even letting go of conditioned patterns, you must have clarity. Clarity on what you want and why, what’s working and what’s not. What do you want to bring into your life and what needs to be released? Without clarity, moving forward can be scattered and hard to stay committed to.Â
Letting Go
Once you’ve gained clarity, it’s time to let go. Letting go of what no longer serves you - the bad habits, the limiting beliefs, all the bullshit that’s been weighing you down and keeping you stuck…where you don’t want to be. You have to let go in order to make room for all that you want to call in.
Â
Communication
Now that you are super clear on your goals and you have begun to unwind the ball of limiting beliefs holding you back, it is time to use your voice! This is where you start committing to the new habits you want to embody, communicating your wants, setting boundaries, and holding yourself accountable.Â
